DARIEN, Conn. Dariens Caroline McDonough earned All-Ivy League honors in cross country Saturday with a sixth place finish at the Heptagonal Championships at Princetons West Windsor Fields.
Running through heavy snow and freezing temperatures, McDonough finished sixth over the 6,000-meter course. She was Columbias second-place runner and finished in 22:15.5. The Lions finished second with 51 points. Cornell won the meet with 49.
It was the second straight year that McDonough earned All-Ivy honors. She finished second in last years race and qualified for the NCAA cross country national championships.
