New Golf Outing Sets Out To Support Darien Football

DARIEN, Conn. – The first Darien Blue Wave Football Alumni and Friends Golf outing will be played on Monday, July 14, at Wee Burn Country Club.

The outing will be a four man best ball with a shotgun start. The cost is $375 per person and will include 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, open bar, dinner and an awards ceremony. Golf starts at 11:30 a.m.

Awards will be given for top team scores, closest to the pin and longest drive. People can purchase a ticket for dinner and awards for $100. The net proceeds will benefit the Darien High School football team.
