DARIEN, Conn. -- Long distance grandparents can learn how to stay in touch with grandkids using technology such as Skype and Apple’s FaceTime with help from the library staff on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at the Darien Public Library.
Staff will show participants how to use these technologies to read their grandkids a cherished book or just gab about what’s good.
The first 10 participants will receive a limited edition tote bag filled with some of the library's favorite story books.
The event takes place at 3 p.m. at the library, 1441 Post Road. To register, click here or call 203-655-1234.
