Charles Curciodate, 35, of Milford, was arrested around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after Milford Police received word that an employee was chasing a burglar who had entered a local business at 860 Old Gate Lane, police said.
Curcio is accused of entering the business by kicking in a garage door panel and then taking the iPad. While still inside, some employees returned to work and saw Curcio, who then took off running with one of the employees chasing him, police said.
When police arrived on scene they caught Curcio and charged him with burglary, criminal mischief, larceny, and criminal trespass.
He is being held on $10,000 bond.
