DARIEN, Conn. -- Two teenage twins from Darien were issued fines last weekend after police said they hosted an underage party with alcohol.
An officer on patrol shortly after midnight on Sunday, March 26 saw a dispute occurring the driveway of a home on Mansfield Avenue, police said. The dispute took place near a car, which a 17-year-old was sitting in, according to police. The car was not running, but the 17-year-old appeared intoxicated and smelled strongly of alcohol, police said.
