Thomas F. Cyphers, 68, was last seen leaving Hackettstown Medical Center heading southbound on Willow Grove Street (County Route 604) toward Main Street between 4 and 5 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, police said.
He was wearing blue jeans, brown boots, and a green and black checkered shirt.
Cyphers stands 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs about 141 pounds, and has blue eyes and gray hair, police said.
Anyone with information about Cyphers’ location is urged to call 911 or the Hackettstown Police Department at 908-852-3300.
