Swimmers Hit The Pool In Darien For League Championships

DARIEN, Conn. – The Fairfield County Swimming League had its Division 1 Swimming Championships on Tuesday at the Middlesex Club in Darien.

About 400 swimmers participated in the event, during which 22 pool records were broken or tied at the meet.

The Rocky Point team from Greenwich won the meet with 1,285 points. The next two teams came from Stamford: Roxbury finished second and Newfield came in third.
